Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent, fair, and straightforward.
At Ganguly Cabs, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while compensating our chauffeurs for reserved time.
A. Local Trips & Airport Transfers
- 4+ Hours Before Pickup: Free cancellation. 100% refund of any prepaid amount.
- 2 to 4 Hours Before Pickup: 25% of the total estimated fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Under 2 Hours or No-Show: 50% of the total estimated fare will be charged.
B. Outstation & Multi-Day Expeditions
Note: A 25% advance deposit is required to confirm these bookings.
- 24+ Hours Before Pickup: Free cancellation. 100% refund of your advance deposit.
- 12 to 24 Hours Before Pickup: A 25% cancellation fee applies. (Your advance deposit will be retained).
- Under 12 Hours or No-Show: The 25% advance deposit is completely non-refundable, and additional charges may apply depending on vehicle dispatch status.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Mid-Trip Terminations
If a customer decides to terminate a trip before its scheduled completion due to personal reasons, no refunds will be provided for the unutilized days, distance, or time. Full payment for the booked itinerary will be required.
