Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1. General Booking Conditions

By booking a vehicle with Ganguly Cabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation SMS/WhatsApp or email from our official channels. For outstation multi-day trips, a 25% advance deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

2. Pricing, Tolls, and Night Charges

  • Inclusions: Standard quotes include the vehicle, fuel, and chauffeur charges. Outstation quotes generally include highway tolls and driver allowances unless specified otherwise.
  • Exclusions: State border permits, tourist destination parking fees, and entry tickets are extra and to be paid on actuals.
  • Night Driving: A standard night allowance applies if the chauffeur is required to drive between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Waiting Time Policy

For airport and railway station pickups, we offer a complimentary waiting period of 45 minutes from the actual arrival time of the flight/train. For standard local pickups (hotels/residences), a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes is provided. Delays beyond this may incur additional waiting charges.

4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

We pride ourselves on maintaining an immaculate, premium fleet. To ensure the comfort of all future guests:

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • Any excessive dirt, spillage, or damage to the vehicle's interior (including upholstery) caused by the passenger will result in a minimum cleaning/damage fee of ₹1,000, up to the actual cost of repair/cleaning.
  • The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip immediately if passengers behave abusively, pose a safety threat, or violate these rules.

5. Breakdowns & Force Majeure

While our vehicles undergo rigorous maintenance, unforeseen mechanical failures can occur. In the event of a breakdown, Ganguly Cabs will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle of a similar category as quickly as possible. We are not liable for delays, missed flights, or alterations to travel plans caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or unavoidable traffic conditions.
